If you are mailing us an order from outside the continental USA, we rely on you to provide enough money with your order to ship it to you. The world is too big for us to provide a chart on shipping worldwide. Please contact your local mailing service and ask "what would it cost to have a five pound box mailed to me from Florida, USA?". We will accept orders that are close. If you are very short, then we will have to send the order back to you if you can be reasonable, we can too.
