Shape wood, plastic, soapstone or composite materials with little or no effort. Also quite effective on difficult to cut materials such as fiberglass, solid rubber, polyurethane, silicone and foam. Perfect to rapidly and efficiently complete your final shaping and for the removal of high spots and ridges left after using our Lancelot®/Squire® blades.

The difference between the original carbide silver discs and the color-coded Galahad® Extreme range is the spacing of the teeth. Extreme teeth are further apart, faster in shaping, more aggressive, leave a coarser finish, resist clogging and do not fill with residue as frequently, allowing for easier cleaning. Galahad® Kutzall Extreme carbide discs have patented, extremely sharp, long wearing conical teeth. The tungsten carbide teeth are great for removing rough ridges, high spots and final shaping. Galahad® Extreme is available in two grits, 70 and 90 grit. Note: The coarser the grit, the more aggressive and less cleaning required. Each model leaves a different finish. Generally, the final finish will be completed with Igraine® or Guinevere®. our finishing accessories.

Available in a variety of grits and profiles. These 4” (100 mm) diameter sanding discs fit most 4 1/2” (115 mm) angle grinders.Specifications: All models are available with 5/8” (16mm) centers and some are available with 7/8” (22mm) centers.
