Merlin is now available in both fixed and variable speed models is packaged with accessories for carving - Merlin Universal and accessories for hooftrimming - Merlin Hooftrimming. Merlin Universal Carving Set is a light and compact miniature carving set that consists of the Proxxon ® long neck angle grinder and five different accessories. Not only is the Proxxon® grinder an incredible tool, a variety of included accessories make this miniature carving tool set ideal from start to finish detail on woodworking and other carving projects.

This set is also excellent for paint and rust removal, cutting small components, sharpening tools, auto repairs, model and tool & die making. Merlin allows for smooth cutting and excellent control, light stock removal and use in tight, difficult to reach areas. This wizard will do what other tools just can’t do. Merlin can be used with a variety of accessories for deburring, grinding, roughening, finishing and chamfering on steel, non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics, alabaster, soap stone and other hard surfaces.
